Delivering commercial buildings has been core to the team's activities since 1999, in locations including Central London, Slough, Maidenhead, Basingstoke and Bristol. In addition to the buildings completed, we have been involved in obtaining planning for over 1m sqft of offices on brownfield land in the East Midlands, Yorkshire and Scotland
Retail & Leisure
Our experience in retail and leisure covers the length and breadth of mainland Britain. Our teams have built single units as well as constructing numerous large retail parks with the associated highway infrastructure. We have worked with many of the large retail chains and developed property providing very attractive investments
Residential
Alicon's team have been involved in residential development in many forms. The schemes range from single homes to master-plans for thousands of units. We have used redundant sites to build country homes as well as town centre apartments

Alicon Property Limited is founded on 30 years of experience in the Property Industry and was established by Michael Jones who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 20 years ago.
Our team has worked in a variety of property related roles with consultants, contractors, developers and major land owners.
Our many years in Property have allowed us to bring together and work with some incredibly talented specialists and we recognise that the key to delivering successful developments begins with building the right project teams. We are supported by well-established businesses for funding, accounting, legal and technical services.
